Instant Pot Yukon Gold Potatoes

3 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
1 pound yukon potatoes quartered
kosher salt, ground pepper, garlic powder to taste
herbs (rosemary, thyme) optional
1/2 cup broth or water

Turn Instant Pot on Saute. Add oil or butter.  When Instant Pot is hot, add the potatoes. Add seasonings and brown potatoes on all sides. Add broth. Put lid on Instant Pot and lock closed. Pressure cook by setting the Instant Pot for Manual / High Pressure for 7 minutes.  You can either do a quick release of the pressure or keep them warm using a natural release until you are ready to eat.
