1 cup kale leaves or baby spinach
1 large banana
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds,ground flaxseed or hemp hearts
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (optional)
2 to 3 ice cubes
Add all ingredients (except the ice) into a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth. Add the ice and blend until well incorporated.
